We’ve made shipping easier and more budget-friendly by including the cost of regular shipping (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) in the cost of your mattress. *This means that you only need to pay for shipping if you expedite your order, or request it during peak times like holidays.

Q: When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Your new mattress will be en route to you within two business days or less from the moment you place your order.
When you place your order, you’ll receive an email with the order confirmation. Once your mattress has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
Q: What Is The Estimated Delivery Time?
Our delivery partners offer a 3-5 day delivery schedule for most addresses. We will ship your mattress in most cases within 24hrs however: during peak ordering cycles it may take us as long as three days to ship your mattress. In either case you will be sleeping on your new Voila mattress in 3-7 business days. If you need a better estimation of the delivery estimate please call us and we will work to get that answer for you.

Simply call our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after the 24 hour period may result in an outgoing and returning freight charge and a 25% restocking fee if we have already sent you your tracking number.

The 100 Night Sleep Trial is simple! Here are the basics:
- Your 100 Night Voila Mattress Sleep Trial starts the day you receive your mattress.
- We require that you sleep on your new Voila Mattress for 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the comfort, support, and excellent positioning.
- Then, if you’re not completely satisfied within the first 100 days after your delivery, call us!
- Our great team of Customer Service reps will work with you to assure your complete satisfaction and they’ll authorize a complete 100% refund on the purchase price.
We’re confident that you’ll love your new Voila Mattress, but if you decide that it’s not right for you just let us know.
Note that refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days after the refund has been authorized.
Q: Do I have to be home to receive the Voila Mattress?
Nope! We understand that you’re busy, so we’ve given you the option to receive your mattress without having to sign for it. Simply select the “allow the delivery without signature” option on the ordering page.
You are required to sign for delivery of a King or Cal King size mattress as these sizes are delivered via LTL freight.

Its great to purchase your new sheets and bedding accessories to match the dimensions of your new bed. Here are the dimensions and weights for each mattress to help find the right bedding:

Your mattress will arrive compressed and rolled in a box! Depending on whether you ordered a Twin, Queen, King, or Full mattress, the box will be:

Q: How long does it take for my new Voila Mattress to be ready to sleep on?
Your Voila mattress will open up as soon as you remove it from the packaging! It takes about 2-4 hours to return to its full shape, so you can be sleeping on your new mattress by bedtime. We’ve worked with engineers to make sure this process is as seamless as possible.
